As we custom make all of our pendants, special return and exchange policies apply.

Solid gold and silver items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of item. All returns must be pre-arranged and approved by the RoseBYANDER service team and received prior to any replacement being shipped. Item must be returned in the original packaging. All exchanges will be for an item of equal value or used toward an item of greater value. Send an email to hello@rosebyander.com with "RETURN AUTHORITY" in the subject heading.

Diamond and Diamond Bail items are all final sales.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at hello@rosebyander.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please include the following information in your email:

• your name
• your email address
• proof of purchase
• description of the damage
• photo of the pendant as you received it.

Please add "DAMAGE" in your subject heading.
