Yes. The LOVE SIGN® team is available for select speaking engagements, panels, workshops, and discussions related to accessibility, Deaf culture, storytelling, leadership, entrepreneurship, and inclusion.
Yes. In addition to our creative and consulting work, LOVE SIGN® develops consumer products and merchandise collections that celebrate sign language, culture, and community. Our product offerings have included LOVE SIGN™ jewelry, apparel, accessories, NFL and MLB licensed merchandise collaborations, and special collections with partners across sports, entertainment, and culture including QVC, The Academy of Motion Pictures, NFL and MLB. Our merchandise has been seen on many celebrities and athletes.
LOVE SIGN® products are available through our Shop page and select retail partners. Availability may vary by collection. Some collaborations, including licensed sports merchandise and special releases, may be available exclusively through partner organizations and retailers.

PRODUCT & SHOP QUESTIONS
All LOVE SIGN® pieces are made with 14k White, Rose and Yellow Gold. Gold is naturally tarnish resistant, but can lose luster over time. To maintain shine, routinely wipe your jewelry with the white side of a polishing cloth. To clean your jewelry, soak each piece in warm water with a little diluted dish soap and gently wipe to remove any dirt. After cleaning, ensure the items are thoroughly dry by patting them dry gently. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners. Some at-home jewelry cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines can also do more harm than good.
We know you are super excited to get your LoveSign pendant and we can’t wait for you to get it! All of our jewelry is custom made in the USA. As we want it perfect for you, depending on the product, please allow three to six weeks for production and any additional days for shipping. If you can’t wait, overnight, 2nd day or international shipping is also available once your pendant is ready. There is an additional fee for any rush shipping. Some orders require a signature upon delivery. For this reason, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any other address where signature upon delivery is unavailable.
AS WE CUSTOM MAKE ALL OF OUR PENDANTS, SPECIAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES APPLY. Solid gold and silver items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the item. All returns must be pre-arranged and approved by the LOVE SIGN service team and received prior to any replacement being shipped. The item must be returned in the original packaging. All exchanges will be for an item of equal value or used toward an item of greater value. Send an email to hello@rosebyander.com with "RETURN AUTHORITY" in the subject heading. All diamond and diamond bail items are final sale.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at hello@rosebyander.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please include the following information in your email:
- your name
- your email address
- proof of purchase
- description of the damage
- photo of the pendant as you received it.
Please add "DAMAGE" in your subject heading.
